According to the Sacred Texts Archive, Maui is “a demi god whose name should probably be pronounced Ma-u-i (Ma-oo-e). The meaning of the word is by no means clear. It may mean “to live,” “to subsist.” It may refer to beauty and strength, or it may have the idea of “the left hand” or “turning aside.” The word is recognized as belonging to remote Polynesian antiquity.”
She came with that name. I want to change it to Lily but Tim wants to leave it. We’ll see.

Well, I hated for her to get a surfer girl rep and thought Lily might soften her up just a bit… uh yeah, that’s gonna go ahead and be a ‘no go.’
Right now she’s alot more like Tank Girl. I’m finna hafta get this cat some combat boots. :D

yeah, Lilith was what I originally wanted to call her and thought Lily made a nice nickname but looks like Maui is sticking quickly though- Tim won’t call her anything else. haha

She is definitely not a Lily. Maui suits her, as she looks like a wave getting ready to crash the beach. I’ll bet she’s a live wire.

Dad & Krystal- She is definitely something else! I thought we might have to change her name to Cthulhu but she’s really chilled out in the last 24 hours and now owns this place. :)
