Keiti- yeah, I dig the Goldfinger version too. John Drum pointed out that I forgot to add the Dinosaur Jr. version too- I think it slipped out of the copy paste action when I was setting up the widget- oops.

Mollie- I had a feeling the Rockabye Baby was for chilluns. I love toy piano when it's used in popular music as long as it's not overused. It IS eerily relaxing! I'll have to check out the other albums. so it's still "Baby #2?" No names yet? :)

Hope- I unearthed all my Echo & The Bunnymen, Cure, Smiths, Morrisey, etc. over the holiday break and loaded them up into a gigantic playlist and nearly had a meltdown from the memory & emotion overload. I won't be doing that again anytime soon- not at that level of intensity anyway! haha It always amazes me how memories and emotions are SO closely tied to music- at least for me.

Something recently possessed me to add a bunch of Cure and Smiths songs to my mp3 player... I don't think I was quite prepared for the violent BLAST to the past that ensued! Whoa!

Goldfinger, definitely. At least it's an interesting cover instead of doing the typical one of two things: making it a ballad (or muzak - bleh!) or doing a virtual carbon copy.

Damn the man. Save the Empire.
